Coldfyx Two Component Polyurethane Glue

Our range of patented bituminous adhesives are specially designed for bonding road safety markers, road lane separators or flexible guide posts to make roads safer.

Coldfyx is a solvent-free two-component polyurethane resin system, consisting of a base and activator component. It is designed for use as a cold applied adhesive for road marking applications. Coldfyx can be applied on asphalt or concrete surfaces. The fast curing time, only 20 minutes, makes Coldfyx very suitable for bonding road reflectors where a quick opening of the road is required. Concrete substrates require a pre-treatment with Coldfyx Primer.

Coldfyx 1,3 Kg

• Make sure the surface is clean and dry
• Make sure the two parts are mixed enough
• Processing time 20 minutes from mixing
• Place the road surface reflector next to the location
• Use a spatula to apply the glue
• Apply enough glue the size of the reflector
• Approx. 50 grams of glue per road marker (ca. 25 pieces)
