Everyone with a truck equipped with a hook system can pick-up the TMA Container. Not only rental companies have discovered the benefits of our TMA Containers. Contractors, sub-contractors and companies specializing in traffic measures have also trucks with hook systems, that can do multiple things, are buying our TMA Containers.
The advantage from our TMA Container is that you can drop it on the road to secure long-term stationary construction zones or leave it on the truck and secure slow-moving work zones. If the TMA Container is dropped off on the road the container has been weighted to a total weight of 9 tons for safe operation of the crash cushion in the event of a collision. TMA Containers are rapidly deployable and easy to operate. TMA Containers can be followed (GPS), monitored and remotely controlled via our web-based Traffic Management System VMS Control. The TMA has been tested and has passed all optional and mandatory requirements suggested in the NCHRP-350 Report for TL-3 and MASH 2016 TL-3 (3-50, 3-51, 3-52, 3-53) Additionally, the TMA has passed the UKTD49, 110 km/h (68 mph) test.
